1. Educational & Classroom Use

GradingPad provides free browser-based academic utilities—including quiz percentage calculators, printable grading charts, final exam target solvers, and student group generators—for teachers, schools, and learners worldwide. You may freely print charts for classroom desks and embed our official widgets on school or educational websites with attribution intact.

2. Verification of Official Gradebook Records

While GradingPad uses double-precision floating-point arithmetic and standard rounding conventions, official transcript grades are governed by your school district, syllabus, or university registrar policy. Always verify high-stakes final course submissions against your institution's official learning management system (Canvas, Blackboard, PowerSchool, or Google Classroom).

3. Limitation of Liability

GradingPad is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind.
